The Blueprint: Book Excerpt

INTRODUCTION

“Every valley shall be exalted And every mountain and hill brought low; The crooked places shall be made straight And the rough places smooth;  the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of the LORD has spoken.”  Isaiah 40:4-5

The Bride prepared for the coming of the Bridegroom will be without spot or wrinkle!  As the return of the King draws near, God will ensure that His House is established according to His Blueprint, cleansed and set in order to host His Presence.  The Lord is a consuming Fire, faith and obedience are therefore the virtues on which the foundation of His sanctuary is constructed, this in order to sustain the weight of His Glory that is coming!

God’s Holy Sanctuary, His Throne of justice and His Seat of mercy can be fashioned only by the Lord.  However, God chooses to demonstrate His strength and establish His plans through a people of faith conformed to His image.  These are His sons and daughters who walk in the attributes of righteousness, justice and mercy, who carry His anointing, His authority and exude His fragrance.

John the Baptist was such a man, prepared by God to, “Prepare the way of the Lord” for His first coming.  John was a chosen instrument through whom God worked to prepare the heart of Israel and cleanse it through repentance from sin and dead works.  As we approach the time of His second coming, the preparation remains the same—repentance of sin and our dead works carried out in the flesh apart from the direction of the Holy Spirit.

God is calling a forerunner people to work with Him to prepare the way for the re-entrance of the King of Glory to planet earth.  As we repent of our dead works, we will then be able to perceive and understand His plans, and the blueprint of the sanctuary to which He will return.

God’s Blueprint is Jeshua!  All that He is—His mind, His heart, His attributes, His attitude, His ways and His chosen form as the Son and the Root of Israelis the Plumb Line of the House of God!  Sadly, many have committed great atrocities all in the name of Jesus, and sadly, both Israel and the world have judged Jesus and Christianity by those who claim to follow Him, rather than allowing His Words and His ways to judge those who make these claims to His Holy Name.

“…Yes, the time is coming that whoever kills you will think that he offers God service. And these things they will do to you because they have not known the Father nor Me.”  John 16:3

The Blueprint portrays God’s unfolding plan of the House He has been at work building over the centuries—a House where He will dwell with man into eternity.  The building work began in Israel, and as the Gentile nations are grafted in, it is also completed in Israel.

“Then the word of the LORD came to me: “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this temple; his hands will also complete it.” Zechariah 4:8-9 NIV

God has promised in His Word that He will make out of two—the Jewish people and Gentile Christians—one New Man, a New Man that is to become the eternal Dwelling place of God.  The Blueprint reveals the incredible story of God’s plan to bring about this seemingly impossible dream.  The plan begins with Abraham, and as it unfolds over history, reveals the detailed Blueprint of the awesome edifice that is Yahweh’s House, as it rises in the Glory and Majesty of Christ.

Israel is both a natural and spiritual entity, formed and fashioned by God the Father, as a vessel for the coming of His Son to Earth—“…a body You have prepared for Me…  I have come to do Your will O God” (Heb. 10:5-7).  The Body and vessel in which Jesus chose to tabernacle with mankind, fashioned by the Father, over two thousand years for His first coming, is Israel, “…the Word  was made flesh (Jewish flesh) and dwelt (to tabernacle) among us” (John 1.14).

However, God’s work of building His temple has continued over another two thousand years through both Jewish and Gentile people.  It will continue to rise in majesty and Glory to meet the King of kings and LORD of lords at His return in Glory.

The Blueprint is a feeble and humble attempt to portray the unsearchable counsels of the Almighty God of Heaven and earth, in His sublime, transcendent, profound and unfathomable work to create and fashion a place of abode for Himself for all eternity.

In His Image: (Book Excerpt)

Introduction

The vast number of women now being called forth and released into ministry and leadership roles within the Church and in the world, can be taken as a very powerful sign of the lateness of the hour in which we live, as women have been created to play a significant part in the end-time work to prepare the way for the return of the Lord. God is now calling women forth “for such a time as this.”

The Church is discovering that in the spiritual as in the natural, the union of both the seed of woman and the seed of man is necessary to produce life! We are now approaching a time of great travail—a time of birthing the end-time purposes of God on earth. Men and women are now partnering in the travail to bring forth God’s purposes—this is a very beautiful thing in God’s eyes. It has taken thousands of years to arrive back at Genesis 1:26-28 to God’s original intention for man and woman before the fall.

Then God said, “Let Us make man in our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.” Genesis 1:26-28

After thousands of years of imprisonment to demonic mind-sets, introduced after the fall, it has been only within the last century that a true and lasting freedom has begun to enter into the lives of women on a large scale, and this, mostly in first world nations. In the early 1900’s, in Canada and in the USA, a measure of authority was restored to women for the first time since Eve, when women were given the right to vote.
Having been caught in the snare of Satan, the spirits of rebellion and disobedience were released through Adam and Eve. Now however, by the grace and freedom found in Christ, God is raising up an army of men and women in this generation, who walk in radical obedience, and are dedicated and devoted seekers of the Truth.

Paul made it clear that in Christ there is neither Jew nor Gentile, and neither male nor female. These two issues are in continual need of clarity, revelation and understanding as both the Jewish people and women have suffered greatly through thousands of years of satanic assault and lies.
My prayer is that this work will be an unveiling of the call on woman, showing the fullness that women are called to walk in, ‘in Christ.’ My hope is that eyes will be opened to see, that there will be an opening of the prison doors to the daughters of the Most High God to His original intention.

“God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth, and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves on the ground.” Genesis 1:28 NIV

God’s original intention before the fall was that Adam and Eve would rule the earth together as one. Women were created also to be leaders. Sometimes, because of mind-sets concerning an issue, people may not have had the ‘ears to hear’ the Holy Spirit’s clear and pure revelation of the Word of God in regard to this issue.

When God chose to open the doors of His House to Gentile people, He gave Peter a vision in which he saw all kinds of animals, creatures and birds; Peter then heard the Lord say, “Arise Peter, kill and eat” (Acts 10:13). Peter protested in deference to Scripture that forbade him to do this. It is sometimes quite difficult for God to shake us free from old mind-sets and ways of seeing things, in order to give us fresh vision and revelation for a new season in His timing of things.

In these days when God is very clearly putting His anointing on women in ministry and leadership, it is important to step back and re-examine the Scriptures and God’s intent and timing for women. It is necessary to examine these Scriptures under present Light and fresh Fire; Light that will expose erroneous translations due to prejudice, and Fire that will burn away the dross—the accumulation of carnal opinions clinging to God’s Word—leaving us with a pure Word of God for His daughters in this hour.

God stated in Psalm 110, “My people will volunteer freely in the day of battle.” This book is a call to war. It is also a call to women to volunteer in the army of God to fight for the advance of His Kingdom. This is a day when every able body is required to come forth and serve the Living God in whatever capacity He has ordained.

This is definitely not a time to hinder anyone who is willing to serve; there are billions to be reached with the Gospel and spiritual wars to be fought to release and gather in this Harvest. Hundreds of thousands of apostolic men and women must ‘go’ to preach the word and ‘disciple all nations.’ Millions of men and women must humble their hearts and open their ears to hear the Trumpet Call resounding across the earth as angels mobilize the army of God.

This book is a Call to the women of God! My hope is that it will dispel any arguments against women in ministry and leadership; that this manual will succeed in calling forth an army of women into the purpose for which they were created. I believe that this will be a study that awakens, warns, and inspires women—some who may be hiding behind the busyness of life, family, or fear, or in caves of despair.

This work does not seek in any way to exalt women above men, or to promote a wrong spirit of rebellion; rather its purpose is to encourage humility and submission, to promote a spirit of unity that releases life and truth! My hope is that in this study women will see the Light that is before them and understand that this Light is the doorway to their destiny. Women, don’t be afraid to take the step; “it is for freedom that Christ has set you free.”

“Listen, O daughter, consider and give ear; forget your people and your father’s house. The King is enthralled by your beauty; honor him, for He is your Lord.” Psalm 45:10-11 NIV

The Plumb Line: Book Excerpt

Introduction

At our salvation and entrance into the kingdom of God, we are launched on a great journey with the Holy Spirit toward Christ likeness and conformity to His image.  It is a process the Bible calls Sanctification. All children of God are on this journey, at different stages of the process. Falling in love with Jesus and spending intimate time in His Presence greatly speeds up the process of conformation, as we are ‘changed in His Presence.’  The Father’s determination is that our minds be transformed and renewed to become like His Son, and that we live in the centre of His will where we are safe and protected. It is therefore important to walk closely with the Holy Spirit and allow Him to teach us the ways and principles of God and direct our paths. I pray that this book, The Plumb Line will help you on this journey to becoming a mature son of God.

Many years ago as I was praying in preparation to teach a Bible study, the Lord showed me a picture. I saw a very large and high tower stretching into the sky.  Covering the tower were numerous doors and windows of all shapes and sizes—they were all open.  As I stared at the tower, each one began to slam shut.  At the same time, I heard the distant sound of marching from an approaching army.  I then received the understanding that this study was to be concerned with the preparation and transformation of willing servants into towers of refuge for times of tribulation ahead.  He highlighted the importance of closing all gates to the enemy as an important part of the preparation and training for the many battles to prepare the way for the Return of the King.

“Behold, a king will reign in righteousness, and princes will rule with justice.  A man will be as a hiding place from the wind, and a cover from the tempest, as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.”  Isaiah 32:1-2

Jesus is the Plumb Line the Father uses to test all measures and standards pertaining to His House.  “A plumb-bob or a plummet is a weight, usually with a pointed tip on the bottom, that is suspended from a string and used as a vertical reference line, or plumb-line” (Wikipedia).  The pointed tip of the plumb line is drawn by gravitational force to the center of gravity—the law of gravity therefore governs the behavior of the plumb line.

Jesus’ Life is the gravitational pull that forever works to bring all things in alignment to the Standard of God!  God uses the Plumb Line of Jesus Christ—the Word of God incarnate, as the foundation of His temple and the measure of its growth as it is built upward and rises in Glory to the Stature of Christ.    In the process of being conformed to His image, all children of God will embark on the journey toward Christ-likeness and the Glory of God, in their growth toward spiritual maturity.  My hope is that this book will be beneficial to you as an aid on your journey.

The following are some important points to take note of and keep in remembrance as you walk through the pages of the book, as the enemy of your soul would like to take the good things God wants to do in and through us and get us off balanced.  The teachings of this book are not:

    • A means of perfecting the soul in a quest to attain salvation.
    • Advocating perfecting the soul through works apart from the finished work of Christ accomplished at the Cross.
    • This teaching does not adhere to any means of deliverance other than by repentance through the Blood of Jesus Christ.
  • The intention is not to promote spiritual superiority, to raise anyone above others in a prideful way. True growth and maturity will always take you to the lowest place in brokenness before God!

  • The intention is not to advocate excessive self-examination. The leading of the Holy Spirit—His timing and His direction in the process of sanctification—is emphasized.

These are all traps the enemy will set on the path of those who would go on with the Lord to become His servant.  All knowledge, understanding and revelation given to us by the Lord, comes to us through His great mercy with the purpose that it is served to others in humility and with grace!

We are the Temple and House of God both individually and corporately.  Everyone likes to have a clean house especially Father God.  It grieves the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit when we entertain sin in His House consciously or unconsciously, and it especially grieves Him to see His enemies having victory over His children!

This work seeks to bring revelation of tactics the enemy has so far used very successfully to defile the House of God and defeat the saints of God.  The intended aim is to bring the revelation needed to become safe vessels in the Lord’s army.  We must aspire to become safe within ourselves, safe to others in our church, safe to those who are on our team, safe to lead and cover others—vessels of gold safe or fit for the Master to use (2Tim. 2:20).

Cleansing our lives of the ways of the world we have come out of, and the attitudes and mindsets that are not aligned to the Plumb Line of Christ, is a vital process to our wellbeing, especially during the turmoil and shakings the earth is and will continue to experience. These un-Christ like ways prevent us from appropriating truth, and from seeing and receiving clear direction from the Lord.  The intent of this work is to aid in the development of the Bride; that we would mature and grow up to the measure of the fullness of Christ!

The Plumb Line provides valuable understanding and revelation to the saints of God—vital information that may not have been previously known or presented in such a way as to bring enlightenment—revealing choices that could potentially transform the spiritual life and daily walk with God.  The Plumb Line calls attention to the areas of sin, (that may not have been looked upon as sin), that have become gates the enemy uses to harass, oppress and hinder the saints of God to ultimately steal their destinies in Christ.

There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ; His love for us is unconditional and His desire is for us to live the abundant life He died to give us!  It is important to note that in the process of sanctification and our walk with the Lord, He will never overwhelm us with the issues of our heart; He will deal with each issue in His loving way and in His perfect time.  The purpose of this study is to build a base of knowledge and understanding as a point of reference for when the Holy Spirit does speak to us!  We belong to the Lord and we are His workmanship, we must therefore trust Him to complete His work in us, in His timing, as we press into Him.

“Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,  to God our Savior, Who alone is wise, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen.”  Jude 1:25

In order to appropriate, the maximum benefit from this study it is important for the spirit to be at rest and the mind free from any religious clutter that could steal important revelations pertinent to a person’s life or circumstances, “In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and confidence shall be your strength”  (Isaiah 30:15).

Jesus Christ is the Plumb Line of the Temple of God; He is therefore the Blueprint of the House of God we will follow and build accordingly in this study.  Jesus is the therefore the intended goal we will keep in view as we look at the gates into our souls and the Temple that is the Body of Christ.  Our focus on Christ will help us to:

  • Understand that Christ is Lord and consequently use His Life as the Plumb Line with which to measure our own lives.
  • Begin to understand ourselves, and the cause of habitual sin.
  • Identify the gates giving the enemy access to our lives.
  • CLOSE THESE GATES.
  • Become united with Christ in heart and mind as we allow His life to increase within us.

“Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you.” 1Corinthians 3:16

This teaching will be beneficial to all saints, but it is especially important for the safety of those who are on the frontlines to have such teaching made available to them, as they become prime targets of the enemy.

The Plumb Line is an excellent tool an individual can use to take themselves through the process of cleansing and deliverance; when used as a group study there can be greater impact, as there is the added power of agreement and confession.  For best results as a group study, have the group read a chapter over the week prior to meeting; have each person share briefly their thoughts and feelings on this chapter and close with the prayer at the end of each chapter (long chapters with many prayers may have to be broken into two segments).  If your intention were to go through The Plumb Line as a group study, it would be best to discuss it first with your pastor.

God has supplied us with the tools to equip us for the battles we will surely encounter during the trials and testing of our faith to guarantee our arrival at the finish line as victorious saints

“Let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit.  Perfecting holiness out of reverence for God” (2Cor. 7:1 NIV)

BOOK REVIEW

“The Plumb Line is the answer for those I minister to in such a clear, foundational way, especially for the family and Church Mountain. I am going to recommend it those trapped on the religious mountain and are not free and to new believers as they come into the kingdom. It is anointed and appointed for a time such as this. Well done!” Gail Crites – Berlin Ohio
